About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Procurement Officer to join our Property Procurement team across Bournemouth/ Poole/ Dorset. You will play a key role in sourcing and securing suitable properties for our clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Sourcing:

  • Source and secure suitable properties for client requirements, meeting agreed standards and timelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, estate agents, and other key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate favourable terms and agreements with property owners.

Contract Management:

  • Manage property supply through accommodation partners, ensuring adherence to agreed levels and standards within supply chain contracts.
  • Monitor property performance and identify areas for improvement.

Compliance & Regulations:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including UKVI and local authority regulations.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Operations, Legal, etc.) and external stakeholders (landlords, local authorities).
  • Represent the company professionally at relevant meetings and events.

Administration:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property listings, negotiations, and contracts.
  • Prepare reports and conduct data analysis as required.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in property sourcing or a related field (e.g., estate agency, property management).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Knowledge of property law and regulations.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Experience in the homelessness or immigration sectors.
