Your Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play an essential role in the day-to-day operations, including:

• Loading and Unloading: Moving drums and items within the warehouse.
• Stock Management:
  • Quality checks on incoming stock (visual checks, run-offs, paperwork, labels).
  • Ensuring stock is stored in designated locations.
  • Maintaining accurate records in computerised systems.
• Order Fulfilment:
  • Cutting cables accurately based on business priorities.
  • Picking items from correct batches and locations.
• Returns and Maintenance:
  • Completing and submitting paperwork.
  • Dismantling drums for supplier returns.

• Competitive Salary: £28,000 per annum
• Bonus: up to 10% bonus, paid bi-monthly, quarterly, or annually - your choice!
• Flexible Working Hours:
  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (between 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
  • 30-minute unpaid lunch and two 15-minute paid breaks
