Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain sewing machines
• Ensure consistent product quality and finish
• Perform precise cutting of finishing jobs
• Execute eyeleting for various products
• Prepare mast bands and sleeves

Finishing Processes

• Complete finishing for:
  • Digitally prints
  • Banners
  • Fabric and PVC bunting
  • Roller banners (when required)

Management Responsibilities

• Uphold and enforce health and safety regulations
• Manage order scheduling in Finishing Manager's absence
• Prepare purchasing order forms for finishing components

Personal Specification

Required Qualities

• £13.50 per hour
• 9 till 5 Monday to Friday - Flexible with hours of work - full time or part time will be considered
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong team player
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Ability to contribute to a positive, winning workplace culture

Preferred Experience

• Background in printing-related industry (desirable but not mandatory)
• Experience using a sewing machine within a factory setting
