- Process overhead invoices.
- Register and process contract invoices received during the week.
- Complete and return low loader spreadsheets.
- Generate GRNs for materials, lodge, stationery, operated and non-operated for the previous week.
- Update national holiday chart with holidays.
- Perform filing duties.

- Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
