Warehouse Operative and FLT Driver
Location: Chapeltown
Shifts: Monday to Friday 10:00 - 18:00
Pay: £12.20 (overtime after 38 hours is £18.30)

Manpower is currently seeking experienced Warehouse Operatives who ideally hold a Counterbalance licence to join our client's team in Chapeltown. Though this is primarily a Warehouse Operative role you will also be expected to carry out the role of FLT Driver retrieving and storing stock as required. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking for a work/life balance with no weekend work!

Our client is looking at taking on staff on a temp to perm basis for those that are suitable for the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming goods and supplies for damage.
• Breakdown and rebuild pallets as required
• Prepare vehicles for next-day deliveries and coordinate with third-party couriers.
• Safely operate FLT (Counterbalance) to add/remove products from racking.
• Operate MHE equipment like pallet trucks.
• Pick and pack orders for dispatch
• Maintain accurate records.
• Perform other general warehouse duties.

What We're Looking For:

• Must have previous warehouse experience.
• Valid Counterbalance licences are preferred but not essential
• Comfortable working on/off FLT throughout shifts.
• Ability to work in an open warehouse environment with fluctuating temperatures.
• High attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Seeking a long-term role.
