Are you a people person with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service?

Our client, a leading provider of cross-Channel travel, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Terminal Support Staff.

We require individuals who can be available for on-call shifts, primarily during peak periods, such as school holidays (Friday - Monday).

What you'll do:

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Offer a range of services, including food and beverage provision
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

What we're looking for:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive and can-do attitude
• The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Flexibility to work on-call shifts, primarily during school holidays
• The ability to reach the Folkestone site within 30 minutes of a call-out

What we offer

• On-call shifts: £75 per shift
• Pay rates for days (8am-8pm): £12.50 per hour
• Pay rates for nights (8pm-8am): £15.00 per hour
• Two days of paid training (this will be at the end of Jan 2025)
