Job Title: Vehicle Maintenance Technician

Location: Newcastle Under Lyme
Hourly rate: 20.77 weekly salary of £830.80
Hours: 40hrs a week - 08:00 to 16:30 - Overtime paid at time and half

Overview:
Manpower Engineering are recruiting for a dynamic fleet maintenance team in Newcastle Under Lyme as an Vehicle Maintenance Technician, working in a state-of-the-art workshop for a global leader in logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining a fleet of Mercedes Axor and Mercedes Actros tractor units, along with a variety of smaller vehicles.
• Maintaining trailers which are a mixture of drum and disc brakes and double deck trailers

Requirements:

• Level 3 NVQ in HGV Maintenance or equivalent qualification (Level 2 considered) or substantial time-served experience.
• Class 1 (CAT CE) driving license
• Previous hands-on experience as an HGV Technician.
